Personal Data
If the booking system BelCal® installed and are already addresses have been collected, is located at this point, a selection for the modifying of user data and for management of the addresses.
User data:
Preferences are used for settings the user data. Most changes made here are effective immediately after amendment. The settings refer to the appearance in the admin area. A password is changed only after an new login effective.

For changes made here is that each area must be stored separately to make the change to take effect.
Address management:
The address management is only available if addresses were already stored. Here are all the addresses stored in reservations (only for system with BelCal®), from the user management (professional version only) and from ordered newsletter. If at least one newsletter has been appointed (see Form Options), an additional button is available for sending the current offerings at the end of the address list.
The addresses may be edited, saved as a vCard or deleted. It is checked whether the respective address is used (not deleting possible) and if multiple users use the address (subject to change only conditionally). Basically, a user can be deprived of access rights to address management (only PRO-version). Sorting of addresses affects to all relevant lists and is assigned to each user.
