The calendar module (Calendar) is responsible for the presentation of the assignment calendar, and the management of the reservations. The settings are always bound to the object (except for settings from CSS files - only PROFI version).
The calendar is always the current month starts. For the presentation can be from 2 to 36 months may be chosen. The default is 3 calendar rows each with 4 months, 12 months overall, set. In addition to the position for the legend and an information line can also customize the colors for available dates, arrival / departure, reserved and occupied.

Note: A special function, the entries for "arrival from" and "departure to". This is in addition Arrival/Departure controlled and offers the following settings:

Arrival time bigger check out time (standard)
It is possible a new arrival on the day of departure of an assignment book. -
Arrival time smaller check out time
A new arrival until the following day a departure booking. -
Arrival time equal check out time (not 0)
A one-day booking is possible without an overnight stay.
Daily minimum and maximum daily mean that the number of days may be limited to reservations. Posted here is 0 (default), so there is no control.
The fields contingent and persons per contingent may be used in connection with the form field "PERSONS" for calculating units from a contingent. This means that can be booked for a boarding house with 5 double rooms depending on the number of persons of multiple rooms at the same time.
Example for 5 double rooms:
- Entry for contingent = 5
- Entry for persons per contingent = 2
- In the form field "PERSONS" to choose 1-10 people
When booking for 3 persons here would reserved 2 units (rooms), 5 and 6 persons would reserved 3 units, etc.
Calculating prices
This calculation is only available in the PROFI version. Here is available an additional selection box to turn on the internal (recommended) or an external pricing. If the internal price calculation enabled allows you to set individual prices for the object. The dialog to input prices has many different variations on seasonal and stagger prices, discounts and rebates or surcharges. It will be issued depending on the choice pieces of information, such as when selecting "Price per person" that the filed "PERSONS" in the form of the object must be active.
If in the initial setting is the use of seasonal rates turned on, so can be added different seasonal terms for any times. It is always checked when saving if there are overlaps. An appropriate message is output. Because the times are independent of years, need it only one modifying, or when changes are necessary. The prices do not have to be re-entered each year.
A special feature of the "Surcharges - Holidays / special days". Here already a large number of floating holidays / special days are included. Fixed holidays can also be entered in any number.
In addition for the form field "MORE" can be entered surcharges. The requirement is that this field is active.
For discounts and surcharges apply: If the price of 0.00 registered or left blank, the system ignores this entry in the calculation.
Allocates a guest now with the form of the object, he will receive the price included in the auto-response mail. This is regulated by using placeholders (see Placeholders for e-mail content). If the guest does not receive this information, the placeholders must be removed. Then the prices will prevail for the administration only.
